The use of cold-pressed bean-cake tofu does not require refining. For every 10 kilograms of soybean cake, 70 kilograms of water is placed in a barrel or in a cylinder and soaked for 8 hours. Stir well and pour into the pan while stirring while stirring to prevent the paste from boiling. After the milk was boiled, it was spotted and the gypsum water was slowly poured into the slurry tank until the tofu brain appeared. Its method of manufacture is the same as the traditional method. This method of making soybean oil is not only high-quality soybean oil, but also the tofu produced is both high-yield, delicate, white and delicious. Every 100 kilograms of soybean can get 30 to 40 yuan more net profit. The fourth is to make slag-free tofu. This method does not produce rubbish residue, does not require filtration equipment, good taste, low cost and high efficiency. Soybeans are washed, soaked, peeled and frozen, and then crushed into a paste, heated to 100 °C, and kept heating for 3 to 4 minutes, natural cooling 70 ~ 80 °C, add soybean weight 2% ~ 5% Calcium sulphate solidifies the paste. Gently pulverize, remove the buoyant liquid, place it into the perforated box, cover it with cloth, pressurize it, and remove the water.
