Using rice dregs to make complex high protein feed

Rice slag refers to the smelting of rice through a-amylase liquefaction and filtration to remove the residue of liquefaction solution. The rice monosodium glutamate factory, sugar factory, glucose plant, and pharmaceutical factory all have a large amount of such rice residue. Unfortunately, this kind of rice residue is often considered to be discharged with water and cannot be fully utilized. If the rice slag is made into a complex high-protein feed using a fermentation process, its protein and various amino acid contents are greatly increased, which is comparable to that of fishmeal. The process flow is as follows: 1. Broken slag: The rice wet sugar slag that is formed into a block after pressure filtration is subjected to slag treatment. The method of smashing is to stir about 500 kg of water per 100 kg of rice wet sugar residue. Remove excess moisture after the slag. 2. Saccharification: The pH is adjusted to 4.5 with hydrochloric acid, and glucoamylase is added when heated to 40°C-50°C. Add 200 ml of saccharification enzyme per kilogram of starch and saccharification at a temperature of 60°C. 3, fermentation: (1) fermentation strains: Geotrichum. (2) Inclined seed cultivation base: potato, glucose, agar, inoculation temperature 30°C. (3) Flask level seed: Hydrolyze sugar, ammonia sulfate, and incubate at 30°C for 10 hours. (4) Secondary seed: 50 liters tank, magnesium sulfate, ammonia sulfate, hydrolyzed sugar, dipotassium carbonate, adjusted pH to 6.0 with ammonia, set volume to 30 liters, and cultured at 30°C. (5) 500 liters fermentation medium: The pH of the wet sugar residue after stirring, magnesium sulfate, ammonia sulfate, and ammonia water was adjusted to 5.6 and fermented at 30°C. 4, extraction: the end of the fermentation, centrifuge filter drying, drying at 50 °C ~ 60 °C, crushed to 20 mesh. 5. Finished products: The finished product requires water content of 1.8%, contains more than 65% of protein, doubles the sugar residue protein, and significantly increases the content of Amino Acids. With its feeding animals, poultry, fish, etc., the effect of feeding is ideal.

Proteins are large biomolecules, or macromolecules, consisting of one or more long chains of amino acid residues. Proteins perform a vast array of functions within living organisms, including DNA replication, catalyzing metabolic reactions, responding to stimuli, and transporting molecules from one location to another.

We supply protein, which is generally consumed immediately before and after exercising, or in place of a meal. Some types of protein are to be taken directly before and after a workout, while others are to be taken before going to bed. The theory behind this supplementation is that bodybuilders, by virtue of their unique training methods and end-goals, require higher-than-average quantities of protein to support maximal muscle growth.
