The first step, wearing a film

To get the film, you need to confirm the winding direction of the film, find the counterclockwise direction, and put it on the film rod to fix it. (Please turn off the power when wearing the film)

Pay attention to whether the front and rear fixed splints of the film are tightly combined with the film. If it cannot be tightly combined, use a utility knife to cut the inside of the film tube into a bevel.

After putting on the film, use a tape to firmly attach the film to the receiving paper tube.

Step 2, sealing operation steps (panel operation instructions)

Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, set the temperature controller to the predetermined temperature, and the green heating indicator lights up. When the upper hot plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator lights up (the electric heating device alternates between heating and holding state when the sealing machine is working, so the green and red indicator lights are also alternately displayed, which is a normal phenomenon).

Put the plastic cup into the lower mold slide and push the lower mold slide to the determined position by hand (if it is a fully automatic sealing machine or automatic sealing machine, after placing the plastic cup, the lower mold slide will automatically enter), press down Seal the handle of the machine to the maximum stroke, hold it for 1~2 seconds, then slowly raise the handle and push it to the original position.

Pull out the lower mold slide, take out the plastic cup, and put it into the final sealing rubber cup for another cycle.

Sealing machine cleaning and maintenance

Regularly clean the surface of the machine, the bottom plate and the lower die slide, the groove, the upper mold inner pressure plate and the positioning rod (Note: the power must be turned off and the normal temperature is restored).

The lower die slide, the pressure bar bearing, the eccentric wheel and the guide post, the guide rail and other transmission parts are regularly added with butter to ensure the performance of the machine.

To clean the cutter: first use the cotton ball to plug the two drain holes of the lower mold, pour the boiling water into the groove of the lower mold, fill it up, then push in

The lower mold slide is in place, press the upper mold down, press it to the lowest point, let the tooth cutter soak for several minutes until it is clean, and repeat it several times.

Sealing machine use precautions

1. It is not suitable for metal containers and metal covers. It is not allowed to press the start button on the metal table, otherwise it will damage the machine.

2. Insert the induction air plug and tighten the screw before turning on the power.

3. Use single-phase three-wire power cord. For operator safety, be sure to use single-phase three-wire power socket. The work floor must be dry to keep insulation.

4, with temperature overheating automatic protection function, when the internal temperature of the machine is overheated, the buzzer sounds in the machine " abnormal protection (PRO.MD.)" yellow indicator light, at this time should turn off the main power switch, standby cooling After the buzzer stops, continue working.

5. During the working process, always touch the surface of the sensor head to check whether it is overheated. If it is found that the hot hand should stop heating, wait until it is cooled before working (cooling can not turn off the power), when the “WARMUP” green indicator light is off, please Do not press the start button to avoid false triggering. When the unit is finished, turn off the power switch on the panel.

10. When the product is inspected and checked out, in the case of normal transportation and good packaging, if the parts of the product are found to be inconsistent with the packing list, they should contact the company in time.

11. According to the instruction manual, the operation should be clearly understood in advance. If the quality of the product is found, the company will explain to the company within the prescribed time limit. The equipment is guaranteed for half a year and is responsible for maintenance.
