The impression that the publicity of organic foods creates is "natural" and "organic" is good. In fact, there is currently no definite evidence in the world that the quality of organic foods and conventional foods is different, and it is generally acknowledged that properly applying chemical fertilizers can improve crop quality. Misunderstanding 7: Leaching of fertilizers pollutes rivers and oceans and causes eutrophication. Although leaching of chemical fertilizers can cause water pollution, there are many factors contaminating the water body. Fertilizer is not the main factor.
