Remove the leaf clusters, wash, peel, cut into strips, slices or squares, steam blanching 5-6 minutes. The loading capacity is 5 to 6 kg/m2, the temperature is 65 to 75°C, and drying takes 6 to 7 hours. 5, pumpkin. Choose the old ripe pumpkin, cut, remove the skin, melon pods and seeds, slicing or planing, banana gas treatment 2 to 3 minutes. The loading capacity is 5 to 10 kg/m2. The drying temperature does not exceed 70°C, and drying takes 10 hours. 6, tomato. Wash, remove skin or not skin, slice 5 to 7 m in thickness, smoke for 20 to 30 minutes or treat with sulphite. The drying temperature does not exceed 65°C, and drying takes 20 to 26 hours. 7, onions. Wash, remove the outer scales, cut into pieces 3 to 5 mm thick. The loading capacity is 4 kg/m2, the drying temperature is 55 to 60°C, and drying takes 6 to 8 hours. 8, edible mushrooms. Wash, pick, grade. The initial temperature of 40 ~ 45 °C, 1.5 ~ 2 hours after warming to 60 ~ 70 °C, turn properly. It takes 6 to 8 hours to complete drying.
