By shaking and stirring, the two are fully in contact with each other, and the odor and colored substances in the deproteinized liquid adhere to the ion exchange resin and are removed together with the timing of the resin; the tower conversion method is to exchange activated ions. The resin fills the tower. The deproteinized solution flows into the upper part of the tower, and after odor and color substances are sufficiently adsorbed by the resin, it flows out from the lower part of the tower. 3. Activated carbon treatment methods are the same as before. 4. Glucose invertase treatment The above deproteinized, deodorized and decolorized juice is sent to a fermenter. The amount of glucose invertase added is generally about 0.2% of the juice weight, and the acidity of the treatment liquid is generally controlled at a pH of 5.0-5.5. To effectively stabilize the weakly acidic environment of the enzymatic process, an appropriate amount of glucose or the like may be added as a buffer. The enzymatic temperature is better in the range of 40-55°C, and the enzymatic time differs depending on factors such as the amount of invertase added, the enzymatic temperature, and the pH value, and usually takes about 15-24 hours to complete. The deproteinized solution after enzymatic treatment is a transparent liquid. 5. The potato sap dried by the above steps can be directly added to the food; if it is needed for packaging, transportation or food production, it can also continue to add some starch, dextrin, gelatin, soybean protein and other additives, spray-drying or Vacuum drying, powdered or granular, sealed package.
