(The “burning switch†will be turned on and the combustion indicator will be on). At this time, the burner is working, about 5 The second burner starts to ignite and the pressure of the steam is rising.
4. If the burner does not ignite, the "burning fault light" sounds an alarm, press the burner fault reset button, the "burning fault light" stops the alarm, and the burner starts to work.
5. During the operation of the boiler, when the water level drops to the normal water level after steaming, the low water level control relay sends a signal to the water pump. The water pump automatically starts to run into the water. When the water level rises to the normal water level, the water pump automatically stops running.
6. Chain protection; when the water level drops to the low safety water level of zui, the burner automatically stops working, and at the same time, an alarm sound is issued, and the burner is interlocked. At this time, the “operation switch†on the control box panel should be closed and identified. The reason is to promptly eliminate the fault until the boiler is safely operated, and then the interlock protection is allowed to be released. Then: the operation switch: open the start water pump to make the water pump return to normal, the alarm stops automatically, and the “burning switch†on the control box panel is opened. The burner starts to work normally and the boiler resumes operation;
7. Saturated steam of 0.6Mpa can be reached within the specified heating time. At this time, steam can be used.
8. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the heating indicator light goes out and reheats when it is lower than the set pressure of 0.5Mpa.
9. When steam is used to continuously reduce the water in the furnace to the water supply, the water pump will replenish the water in the furnace, so that it will work again and again.
10. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply, close the water source valve, and drain the residual steam in the furnace to prevent the water in the water tank from being sucked into the furnace and reduce the scaling of the furnace, which will affect the work of the next day.
