According to this proportional relationship, a simple scoring system is established, and the sensitivity and specificity of the patients are analyzed. Results The prevalence of ARAS in coronary atherosclerosis was 12.7%. Risk factors were age, body mass index, serum creatinine, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and high intractability. blood pressure. According to the above risk factors, the corresponding scoring system is established, and the score of the patients ranges from 5.5 to 20.5. As the score increases, the incidence of ARAS increases significantly.
