Semi-automatic baler maintenance method--Hangzhou Yongchuang

1. Do not send tape automatically
1. The potentiometer with the belt length control is at the zero position.
The belt length control potentiometer is on the left side of the front panel switch card from the left. Adjusting clockwise, the length of the tape is longer and vice versa; if it is at zero, the tape is not.
2. Wearing the belt is not correct.
Open the right door, follow the instructions of the “Pull-to-wear process” or the wearing belt, and wear the belt correctly.
3. There are foreign objects in the upper and lower extensions.
Packer is the long-term use, and failed to clean and maintain, resulting in the plot stolen goods inside the machine, the conveyor belt is not smooth and comfortable, it should be more for cleaning and maintenance.
4. The belt pulley gap is incorrect.
The gap between the pair of semi-automatic balers and the belt rollers is critical to normal belt feeding. The adjustment of the gap is described on page 10 of the manual. Carefully adjust, adjust to the belt roller gap only 0.05~1mm more than the thickness of the belt.
5. The selected PP tape is too thick or too thin.
Because there are many manufacturers of PP packing belts, the thickness is also inconsistent, should be selected according to requirements; if it is impossible, please carefully adjust the gap between the feeding and retracting rollers according to the method on the tenth page of the manual.
6. The electromagnet is not working properly.
The electromagnet does not work. First check if the electromagnet wire bonding head is off, and then check if the coil is burnt out. If there is no abnormality in both, check whether the electromagnet is displaced or blocked by the dirt, so that the bullet can not move freely.

2. The baler does not retreat.
1. There are foreign objects in the upper and lower extensions.
The countersunk screws with foreign objects or fixed tape guides in the upper and lower extensions are loose, and the straps are caught. Remove the upper extension to remove foreign objects.
2. The crossbar 635 bearing is broken.
The balance position of the crossbar is not properly adjusted, which may cause the crossbar to break. The instructions should be properly adjusted in place.
3. Improper backlash.
Since the retracting roller has the function of tightening the belt, when the gap between the advancing and retracting belt is adjusted, the retracting roller should be mainly used, and the gap of the retracting roller is adjusted to be 0.05 to 0.1 mm more than the thickness of the belt.

3. The baler does not automatically cut the belt.
1. The middle knife bearing is broken.
Check the cause and replace the bearing
2. The middle knife is worn.
The middle knife has a cutting edge on both sides, one side can be worn and the other side can be used or replaced with a new one.
3. The middle cutter pin is broken.
Use a small punch to punch out the broken pin and load a new pipe pin.
4. The tightening force of the baler is too tight.
There is a hexagon socket set screw on the adjusting nut. After loosening, the adjusting nut will rotate counterclockwise. After adjusting, tighten the hexagon socket set screw.
5. Slip the slide or tighten the drive belt with oil.
Remove the sliding piece to remove the oil, dry it and assemble it in order.
6. The drive belt is too loose.
The drive carrier (land) is lowered or the motor is adjusted backwards to tension the belt.
7. The thickness of the PP packaging tape is too thin or the gap between the rewinding rollers is too large.
The gap between the retracting rollers should be only 0.05-0.1 mm more than the thickness of the belt, and adjusted according to this requirement.
8. The magnetic control (cutting sensor) is faulty and the magnetic piece is detached or damaged.
9. The balance position of the crossbar is not adjusted.

4. The baler has poor adhesion

1. The temperature adjustment knob is not properly adjusted.
In the electric control box of the baler, on the top of the circuit board, open the control box cover, you can see an adjustment knob obviously, and the temperature in the clockwise direction increases, and vice versa. The temperature is too high or too low, the bonding effect is not good, so do not adjust too much at a time, generally adjust between the scale line 4-5.
2. The power supply voltage is abnormal.
This unit should use 220V voltage. Many factory voltages are often insufficient. If a long cable is used, the voltage drop will cause the temperature of the soup head to become lower, even when the motor is tied up.
3. The electric heating blame is not effective.
The long spring of the electric heating monster is fatigued. This does not allow the hot head to be fed between the upper and lower layers of the strap to cause a bond of half or even less.
4. The position of the baler is not properly adjusted.
The hot head is too high or too low or left or right. If it is not able to heat the upper and lower packing belts, it should be adjusted according to the situation.
5. The middle knife bearing is broken.
The middle-knife bearing is broken, so that it cannot be topped, and the packing tape is pressed to make it adhere.
6. The temperature inside the machine is too high.
The exhaust fan has failed, causing the temperature inside the baler to be too high.
7. The head is resistant to malfunction.
Check if the resistance is broken or burnt. If the nut is loose, tighten it.
8. The tightening force of the baler is too large.
Adjust the tightening force as appropriate.

5. When the strapping machine is inserted, it does not move.

1. LS1 micro switch failure.
The micro switch under the slide on the LS1 is faulty or the shrapnel is blocked by foreign objects, and the contact cannot be touched.
2. The failure of the LS5 microswitch.
When the LS5 is reset to zero, the contact is not closed, that is, it is not sent, and the insertion band has no action.
3. The clutch clearance is large.
4. The relay contact defective relay is in poor contact, check relay RL-1, 2, 3.

six. Continuous packing action

1. LS1 fault LS1 contact failed to release, re-adjust the shrapnel clearance.
2. LS1 failure LS1 is not faulty, but there is a stolen object between the contact and the shrapnel.
3.LS4 failure
The LS4 is delayed and the microswitch contacts are not released.
4. The clutch clearance is too small and the gasket is added.
5. LS3 and LS5 are faulty.

1. The tightening force is too small to adjust the tightness.
2. The LS3 and LS5 are not in the proper position.

1. The balance position of the crossbar is not adjusted.
2. The backlash is large.
3. Tighten the tape wheel and the friction plate loose.

5. The electromagnetic clutch has insufficient suction.
6. The upper and lower extension connecting shafts are loose.
7. Lower the extension installation.

Nine. Light tightens and does not cut.

1. The magnetron TD is damaged or loosely replaced with new parts, or reinstalled
2. The magnetic disk is installed correctly.
3. There is oil in the friction plate.
4. The gap between the retracting rollers is large.
5. The tightening force is too large.
