5. Canned and sterilized The four-rotary glass bottles and lids were sterilized with steam or boiling water in advance, and the temperature of the sauce body was kept above 85° C., and sealed by a vacuum sealer. After being placed in boiling water for 10 minutes, it was sterilized. After completion, it was gradually cooled to about 37°C, and the water outside the tank was wiped to obtain the finished product.
