Chicken manure feeding pigs

Feeding pigs with chicken manure is a source of feed for development, with low investment, good efficiency and simplicity. However, chicken manure contains harmful substances and parasite eggs (coccidial, nematode), fleas, cockroaches, and intestinal mucosal shedding cells, as well as undigested fibers, crude protein, and trace element microorganisms, which need to be treated before they are fed to pigs. .

Fermentation

1. Natural fermentation method: fresh chicken manure and bran are mixed in a ratio of 3:2 or crushed barley in a ratio of 1:1, moisture is controlled at about 50%, sealed fermentation is carried out in a silo, and the temperature is kept above 5°C. , 20 to 40 days after the open cellar feeding.

2. Waken fermentation: remove chicken droppings, feathers and other debris, air dry and smash, add fresh water to hold in hand, fingertips are not suitable for dripping, mixed with washed green fodder, compacted into the cylinder, surface sprinkled with 2 The centimeters of bran or rice bran are sealed with a plastic film at the cylinder mouth and placed indoors or in a cool place. The temperature is maintained at about 20° C. After 10 to 15 days of fermentation, the acid-flavoured palatable fermented feed is prepared.

3. Stacking fermentation: Pour the collected chicken manure into the cylinder and stir it with bubbling. After the sedimentation, remove the impurities in the upper layer and the lower sediment. Take the middle layer of pure chicken manure and drain the water. Each 100 kg chicken manure add 150 ~ 200 grams of yeast tablets, sugar tablets 150 ~ 200, oxytetracycline 50 ~ 60, accumulation of fermentation for 5 to 6 hours, according to 20% of the pig diet feed.

4. Plastic bag fermentation: drying the chicken manure to 70% dry, blending 1kg to 2kg of bran or rice bran per 10kg of chicken manure, mixing it into a non-toxic plastic bag, sealing and fermenting, fermenting for 1 day in summer and spring and autumn Fermentation for 2 days, the fermentation standard to smell the smell of distiller's grains is good. Fermented feces can be mixed with 60% to 75% of other feed to pigs. For long-term storage, the fermented manure can be dried (less than 7% moisture), bagged and later used to feed pigs.

5. Distiller's grain fermentation: Add appropriate amount of bran in fresh chicken manure, then add 10% distillers grains and 10% water, mix well and ferment in fermentation tank or tank for 10-20 hours, then steam sterilization with 100°C, ie Can be used as feed.

6. Mechanical fermentation: China's 9FJ-500IA chicken manure regeneration feed fermenter, the temperature can be adjusted according to need, 3 to 4 hours up to the purpose of fermentation. Fermented chicken manure presents a tan, loose, sweet odor suitable for medium and small-scale chicken farms or feed mill applications.

Drying method

1. Natural drying: The collected chicken manure alone or in combination with a certain proportion of rice bran or wheat bran (20% to 30%), mix well and then spread it in a clean place, use natural sunlight to dry and deodorize, dry it and sieve it to remove it. Feather, stone sand and other debris are crushed and placed in a dry place for later use, and can be added in the aforementioned proportions when fed.

2. Drying method: Add 10% industrial ferrous sulfate to chicken droppings, mix well, and dry at a temperature of 120°C to 160°C. When the moisture content drops below 10%, feed it.

3. Rapid drying at high temperature: Fresh chicken manure is heated in a dehydration dryer that does not stop running; at a high temperature of 500°C to 550°C, moisture can be reduced to below 13% in a very short time, and it can be used as feed. This drying device mainly includes a heat generator, a combustion chamber, a drying cylinder, a cyclone separator, an automatic controller, and the like.

4. Mechanical drying: Drying using drying machinery and equipment, and more power heating, the temperature at 70 °C when heating 12 hours; 140 °C heating 1 hour, 180 °C heating 30 minutes can be used as feed.

Precautions

1. First, we should pay attention to disinfection, cut off the source of infection, remove odors. Deodorizers, lactic acid bacteria, zeolite poisons and the like can be added. Secondly, pigs should stop feeding chicken droppings 14 days before slaughter, feeding green and green feeds and aromatic feeds, so that the pork will not have the specific taste left over from chicken droppings.

2. The first addition of chicken manure should be mixed with 70% compound feed, and then gradually increase the amount of chicken manure to reduce the amount of compound feed, to prevent a large amount of increase, so that pigs do not adapt to food and refuse to affect the increase in weight.

3. Chicken manure should be collected and processed in time to prevent deterioration. Do not feed pigs with diseased chicken droppings. The amount of feeding gradually increased, and young pigs should not feed chicken manure. The growth period accounts for 5% to 10% of the total diet, and the finishing period accounts for 10% to 20%.
