How to prevent and control Liriomyza in greenhouse
1. Biological control. The use of natural enemies such as E. japonicus, the anti-phlegm bee, and the fly-flying bee has shown high effectiveness. These parasitoids exhibit relatively high parasitism rates against Liriomyza species, making them a promising method for integrated pest management. Regular monitoring is recommended to ensure their population remains sufficient for effective control. 2. Apply insect growth regulators (IGRs). These substances can interfere with various developmental stages of pests, including adult reproduction, egg hatching, and larval molting. By disrupting these critical processes, IGRs can significantly reduce pest populations over time without harming beneficial insects or the environment. 3. Chemical control. One effective option is to use 5% Rui Jin Su suspension agent at a rate of 50–100 ml per mu. Alternatively, 40% Qixingbao EC diluted 600–800 times can be applied during the peak infestation period. Treatments should be repeated every 5–7 days, with a total of 2–3 applications for optimal results. Another option is 5% Suppressor solution, diluted 2000 times, which targets Liriomyza species by reducing fertility and lowering the hatching rate of eggs laid by treated adults. Additionally, 50% phoxim EC diluted 1000 times can be used during peak infestation periods, with applications every 5–7 days for 2–3 times. It is important to stop all pesticide applications at least 7 days before harvest to ensure crop safety and compliance with food regulations. Overall, combining biological, chemical, and growth-regulating methods can lead to more sustainable and effective pest management strategies. Always follow local guidelines and label instructions when using any pesticide to minimize environmental impact and ensure safe application. IT02S, is JRT new product in the early 2019, which is a single-point LiDAR sensor, also called tof distance sensor. With a micro size of 46x17x7mm, customers can widely use in many Laser Measurement Solutions. The lidar distance sensor can measure 12m short-range with high frequency up to 100hz. It's great for Unmanned Aerial Systems. If you need us send you data sheet and spec for this products, offering sample as well, pls tell us, thank you.
