1. The panel cannot be connected properly?
Due to improper adjustment of the roll gap, there will be a phenomenon of broken plate and remaining plate. As the above one panel is thin, the next panel is thick, and the demand of the lower channel is large, so that the plate will be broken, otherwise the remaining plate will be corrected, and the roll gap will be adjusted. When the plate is used, the gap between the lower pair of rolls is reduced to make it uniform.
2. The thickness of the panel running edge or the two sides of the panel is uneven?
Because the gap between the two ends of the roller is inconsistent, the gap between the two ends of the roller is adjusted to make it uniform.
3. The panel and noodles are curved?
It is the roller between the roller and the cutter comb that is too large in the installation angle or the edge of the comb blade to be adjusted in place.
4. The panel is covered with rolls?
It is because the surface is too bad or the blade bolt is loose.
5. Can't break the noodles?
It is the section edge of the blade and the bottom plate that does not conform to the trimming section.
6. Noodle strips?
It is because there are impurities in the flour (the last residue in the dough bucket) or unevenness.

1. The operator should carefully study the good operation instructions before use, and strictly follow the instructions.
2. This machine is strictly prohibited from reversing.
3. Check whether there are any abnormalities in each part before starting the machine. If problems are found, they should be dealt with in time to avoid accidents.
4. Strictly prevent iron or other hard materials from being mixed into the flour to avoid damage to the machine.
5. The face can not be poured directly into the face bucket.
6. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the dangerous parts such as rolls, gears, chains and cutters when the machine is running.
7. Ensure the lubrication of each rotating part, oil mark, oil cup, gear, oil hole on each part of the chain, after the surface of the cutter and the surface of the roll, add a little cooking oil.
8. The clutch of the single-group head mill and the noodle joint machine must be clutched in the stop state.
9. The air is idling for 10-15 minutes before the pressure, and the indoor temperature is kept above 10-15 degrees during winter production.
10. Keep the machine clean after stopping, no residual in each roll, no blank.
11. Lubricate the gears and rolling bearings.
12. It is strictly forbidden to drop other hard materials into the rolls and gears.
13. Replace the bearing grease every six months.
14. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the gap of the surface roller to more than 5 mm.
