Therefore, both the manufacturer and the user must measure the quality of the pump. Check.
First, the appearance inspection Check each part for damage, deformation, cracks and wear.
2. High-temperature inspection Check whether the rotation of the pump is flexible at 240-350 °C, and check whether there is oxidation, deformation and cracking when roasting to 420-450 °C.
Third, the flow test This is also the most important test item. This inspection shall be carried out before the manufacturer leaves the factory and after the user has used it for a period of time. This is called the difference between the manufacturing precision of the same batch of pumps 16 of the same model in each board, and the difference between the actual flow rate and the nominal flow rate is not the same. After a period of use, it is necessary to carry out the flow check due to the increase of the wear gap. After the test, the actual flow rate of each pump is used in groups.
The flow inspection is carried out on a special inspection machine. The working medium used is No. 38 cylinder oil (the viscosity of the ball should be 40 to 60 s), the oil temperature is 20-22 ° C, and it is carried out in a constant temperature room. The purpose is to keep the viscosity of the cylinder oil constant. The rotation speed during the test is 25r/min, and the weight of the pumped oil is called after a certain period of time (or after the constant rotation speed).
