Project Decor: Vinyl Lettered Sign
Hey everyone! I’m super excited to share a fun DIY project I recently worked on with Belvedere Designs. This wall quote sign was such a breeze to assemble, and since the letters were already prepped with adhesive, sticking them on was no trouble at all! We're currently renting, and we're not entirely sure how long we'll stay here, so I wanted to avoid permanently attaching the letters to the wall. That's why I decided to create a portable sign that we can take with us when we move. It’s a great way to keep the quote without worrying about losing it during our next relocation. For the base, I had an eight-foot board cut into three sections, then reinforced it with two cross braces. It only took a bit of sanding and cleaning to get everything ready for assembly. Once the structure was solid, it was just a matter of positioning the letters exactly where I wanted them. Aligning them properly took some patience, but once they were in place, I simply pressed them onto the smooth surface of the sign. The adhesive backing made the process incredibly straightforward. I went with the "In This Home" quote for this project, and I absolutely adore how it turned out.
