Red kiln prevention

After the red peony harvest, most of the tubers are stored in cellars and sold gradually. However, improper storage conditions can lead to the occurrence of rotten cellars, which is a common problem that causes significant economic losses. To prevent this issue, the following measures are recommended: 1. Pre-storage management (10–15 days before storing): After harvesting, red peonies have high moisture content and are prone to diseases caused by bacteria present in the field. This increases the risk of rot during storage. Therefore, it's crucial to take preventive measures before placing them in the cellar. Ten to fifteen days after harvest, select disease-free and pest-free tubers and treat them with 40% carbendazim wettable powder diluted at 800 times or thiophanate-methyl wettable powder at 1000 times. Soak the tubers thoroughly, then drain off excess water and allow them to dry completely before storing. 2. Initial storage management (30 days after storage): During this period, red peonies have high respiration rates. If the cellar temperature and humidity are too high, sprouting and decay may occur. It's important to maintain good ventilation, control the temperature below 15°C (ideally between 12–13°C), and manage moisture levels carefully. High humidity often leads to "sweating" on the surface of the pile, which can damage the tubers. To prevent this, cover the top of the pile with a layer of hay. The cellar humidity should be kept around 85%. 3. Mid-storage management (30 days after storage to early spring): At this stage, temperatures drop, making the tubers more susceptible to cold damage. The focus should be on maintaining warmth and moisture. Keep the cellar temperature between 12–14°C, not lower than 10°C, and maintain humidity at 90–95%. Stacking grass around the pile helps improve insulation and retain heat. 4. Late storage management (from early spring until unloading): As temperatures begin to rise, there may still be cold air pockets. Red peonies have weak respiration and low resistance to environmental stress at this stage. It’s essential to stabilize the cellar temperature and ensure proper ventilation. Maintain a temperature of around 12°C and keep humidity above 80%. If signs of rot appear, do not remove the entire pile immediately. Instead, handle the affected areas promptly and remove any rotten parts from the surface as soon as possible. By following these steps, farmers can significantly reduce the risk of rotten cellars and ensure better quality and longer storage life for their red peony tubers.

Sterile Container

Medical sterile container is a common medical equipment, mainly used for the storage of instruments in the process of packaging, sterilization, transit, storage, etc.

The sterilization box as a whole is made of anodized aluminum, which provides anti-pressure, moisture-proof and dust-proof protection during sterilization, transportation, transit and use. The sterilization container has good sealing performance, and the sealing ring is made of silicone material:. The safety lock device is locked once to avoid misoperation.
