Happy New Year! As we step into 2022, it feels surreal to already be here. Time really flies, doesn’t it? This year is shaping up to be full of opportunities, challenges, and plenty of exciting moments. IMC/Teddy is no exception—there’s so much happening behind the scenes, and I’m thrilled to share some of the highlights with you.
First off, 2021 was a year of innovation for us. We spent countless hours in the lab developing new products that we believe will revolutionize the food service equipment market. And now, as we kick off 2022, we’re ready to roll out some fantastic new offerings. One of the most anticipated products is something we’re calling the “chef’s closet,†which is going to be an industry first. It’s designed to make kitchen workflows smoother while maintaining top-tier hygiene standards. We’ve also expanded our range of hand sinks, which are going to take our hygienic equipment line to the next level. And yes, there are a few surprises in store that we can’t wait to unveil later this year. Stay tuned for more details and exclusive photos!
In terms of pricing, we’ve just released our latest price list at the beginning of January. But don’t worry, we’re not done yet! Later this year, we’ll be rolling out a major revision that includes updated product listings, modified pricing, and better-quality images. It’s going to be a game-changer, so keep an eye out for those updates.
Our stock list is expanding too. In 2021, we added a handful of products to our inventory, and for 2022, we’re doubling down on that effort. We’re aiming to add even more stock items to cater to our dealers’ needs. Make sure you check back regularly for the latest quick ship options.
Speaking of digital presence, our YouTube channel has seen tremendous growth in 2021. We’ve uploaded over 30 videos, covering everything from product demos to installation guides. Even though The NAFEM Show was postponed last year, we’re gearing up for its return in 2023. This time around, we’re focusing on making our booth experience unforgettable. Expect interactive displays, hands-on demonstrations, and some cool surprises. One of the highlights will be our seepage flange learning center—a concept we’re super excited about. We’ll share more details in the coming months.
Social media is another area where we’re ramping up efforts. You might already be following us on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. But we’re not stopping there. We’ve got big plans for our newest platform, N+, which we launched in 2021. We’re seeing great engagement across all channels, and we’re committed to keeping you informed about everything happening at IMC/Teddy.
Our blog, Food for Thought, is also evolving. We’re inviting guest writers from the food service industry to contribute their insights. Plus, we’re experimenting with video blogs to complement our existing written content. Your feedback has been invaluable, and we’re grateful for it.
