The working principle and use of boiling dryer

The boiling dryer is composed of an air filter, a bubbling bed host, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and a console. Due to the different nature of the dry materials, the dust removal equipment can be carried out as needed. The cyclone separator and the bag filter can be selected at the same time. One of them can also be selected. Generally speaking, the material with a larger specific gravity only needs to select a cyclone separator; the material with a lighter specific gravity needs to be equipped with a bag filter, and a pneumatic feeding device is available for selection.

First, the principle of boiling dryer

The particulate solid material is fed to the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. After the filtered clean air is heated, the blower is passed into the bottom of the fluidized bed through the distribution plate to contact the solid material to form a fluidized gas-solid two-phase heat exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, and is discharged after being recovered by the cyclone dust collector and the bag filter.

Second, the use of boiling dryer

It is suitable for the drying of loose materials. Such as: raw materials in pharmaceutical drugs, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, plastic resin in chemical raw materials, citric acid and other powdery, dry and dehumidified granular materials. Drying of food, food processing, food and beverage granules in feed drying, corn germ, feed, etc. The particle size of the material is generally 0.1-6 mm, and the optimum particle size is 0.5-3 mm. The advantages of the product can be automated, continuous production, fast drying speed, low temperature, can guarantee product quality, and meet the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
